Hi my name is Sammy.  One of my owners died and the other one could not take care of me.  Throughout my whole life I have never had a real home.  My owners loved me but did not have a lot of money and moved around a lot.  I even spent a good deal of life living in a car.  I am very friendly and love people and other pets.  I am being fostered with both dogs an cats and doing well.  I love to get pet and make funny noises when you pet me.  I am very spunky and do not act my age.  I tell you that I am hungry by pushing my bowl across the floor.  I was recently neutered and had a full dental, bloodwork, and vaccines.  I really would love to find a place to spend the rest of my life.  Please don't overlook me because I am an older dog.  I have a lot of life left in me and want to find a family to love.
