Arrow was found by a Good Samaritan running along Route 440 with another dog (Dove), both of them dirty and matted. He has been cleaned up, neutered, brought up to date on vaccinations, and is now ready to meet you and your family! Arrow has a good amount of energy and would love to accompany you on long walks!
