Hi, my name is Charlie.  I was found ababndoned and just roaming around outside.  I am very sweet and love people and other cats.  I am missing one eye but the doctor's say it is not a problem and I am perfectly healthy.  I really love attention and would love to fnd a family to love.  I have a very loud purr and purr when I am happy.   I do get along well with dogs.
