Description: Hi, my name is Tootsie. I was brought to SAVE after giving birth to 3 kittens. Only one boy Adam survived. I nuzzle when I want affection but can be shy. I have had a rough life and would do well with a quiet mature home where I can blossom. I get overlooked to often by people coming to adopt. I have been in SAVE for too long.
